we used 64 eggs in 8 quiches!!!!

titus cracked all 64 of them!

we made 8 quiches to eat and share and freeze!



3 bacon, roasted onion and cheese

3 broccoli, onion and cheese

2 spinach onion cheese and pepper

i hold gillian most of the time =)

so i have found the easiest way to cook veggies right now is to roast everything! on one pan!



or i deligate to the kids…jack found this cheesecake chocolate chip cookie recipe andmade it himself! and esme the banana bread! they were both great!
